Paul Szyarto is the total package!!! He is an insightful, knowledgeable and powerful speaker and teacher. He also is a natural on TV and has a very charismatic presence. Not only is he skilled and successful in business but he is also skilled and successful as a person and in life. It's a difficult combination to find, especially in an accomplished CEO. And that's what sets Paul Szyarto apart from the rest. I simply can't say enough positive things about him.
Paul makes it look easy. He is an intensely intelligent, creative and entrepreneurial mind, with a fierce work ethic and a drive to accomplish any task in his path. I would never bet against this man. As my partner in the major entrepreneurship project of our MBA program at Oxford, I witnessed first-hand how Paul is able to rapidly generate, develop and implement new ideas. He is a skilled manager and a very inspiring leader. It's been a great honor to work with Paul, and I look forward to watching him succeed in future endeavors.
Paul is a diligent person who strives to understand your business needs and makes himself and his company available to ensure the product functions as required. Being a Marine Corps veteran, it felt comforting to know Paul also served our country in the Navy and his commitment to our teams really brought back the memories of my military days. I have enjoyed the working relationship with Paul immensely and would recommend him and his company to anyone.
I have been working with Paul for over 5 years now and somehow he still finds way to impress me and make me wonder, "How did he pull off the 'impossible' yet again?!". I have personally watched Paul effortlessly handle multi-million dollar deals with pose and grace. Not only is he a master of handling complex deals, he has presented very unique, and cost effective solutions to extremely complex IT/Business Unit Issues that clients claimed - "No one could do".
I've had the pleasure of working with Paul for several months now and I can tell you he is one of the most passionate entrepreneurs I know! Paul's story of how he turned his life around is one of the most inspirational stories out there. He went from the lowest of low to building a successful empire. He gives real advice from real experience. He tells it like it is, even if someone doesn't want to hear it.
I have known Paul for over 20 years and I know him to be genuine, full of faith and integrity. From the moment he reported to my command I knew he had the potential to be a leader. He has a heart to want to help others but more than that he has a heart that chases after excellence. Seeing him in action as a young Petty Officer inspired me and those around him to want to do more and be better. Those same leadership traits and abilities shine through in this book. I have said to other people in the past, “You should write a book” well this time, without my prodding he did, and I am glad about it. I will take much of what I have read in this book and start to apply it immediately.
Part rags-to-riches memoir, part guide for aspiring entrepreneurs, this is not your typical self-help book: it’s full of frank advice from experience about building grit and resilience.
With courage and a take-no-prisoners style, Paul Szyarto offers insights into a life of overcoming incredible adversity. His story - the story of Never Broke(n) - is ultimately about a triumph over circumstances. Inspiring, frank and engaging, this book will show you your own capabilities, and that you have a power inside of you that's far greater than you realize.
